Each year, HOPEww Japan partners with Morgan Stanley who covers all the costs for the event. Although we are still waiting for the final numbers, they typically have raised around $18,000.
Cambodia's King Father gives to his namesake hospital
His Majesty King Father Preah Norodom Sihanouk and Her Majesty Queen Mother Preah Norodom Monineath donated $20,000 to the SHCH in November 2009. Cambodia’s King Father and his wife were instrumental in helping to establish the Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE thirteen years ago and have continued to be strong supporters. Samdech Chaufea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, visited the hospital and personally presented the generous donation on behalf of the Royal Family. Mr. Kong Sam Ol said, "Thank you to all the doctors and staff here who have a great heart to serve our nation by serving the poor of Cambodia. I hope you all will continue to serve the poor more and more."
