Changing lives. HOPE worldwide – China was established in 1993 with the mission of “Bring hope, Change lives." It is a registered charitable organization with the Inland Revenue Department in Hong Kong, China. An affiliate, HOPE Society, also provides services to underprivileged in Taipei.
