What?

Join us to engage and make a difference in Fairbanks, Alaska. Known as the Golden Heart of Alaska, this gold rush city is truly a frontier town. While the people here are independent and tough,

there are also many needs.

During this HOPEww Volunteer Corps, we will be working with the special needs community, assisting individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We will have opportunities to assist them with their employment skills, as well as provide some camp programming.

Additionally, this HVC will assist with building new infrastructure to broaden our ability to reach and serve smaller communities in Alaska! We will help build cabins in a smaller town outside Fairbanks, which will become a hub for service and volunteerism. And of course, no Alaska HVC would be complete without some real adventures! Participants will have the opportunity to experience the real Alaska and appreciate God's beautiful creation here!
