Our U.S. Programs team is one of HOPE worldwide’s most valuable resources because they equip and train our staff and thousands of volunteers across the U.S. on mutual, respectful, Biblical justice-informed, and strength-based community engagement.

Collect items to support neighbors who are in need of a little help – and partner with organizations to help distribute in a way that honors your neighbors. Watch HOPE

Address local food insecurity – check out
this tip sheet for great ideas on how to do this, either by yourself or with a group.

Support new neighbors who are refugees from other countries
– start by reaching out to a local organization that is providing assistance and sign up to volunteer with them; or, if you are aware of new neighbors from Afghanistan or other countries, be a good neighbor and reach out directly to welcome them and see if you can be of support. Check out
