What?

Adventure Awaits! Mount Denali, North America’s largest mountain, provides the stunning backdrop for our service programming in rural Alaska. Gateway to the Arctic, with over 100 acres of property, is a community hub in Talkeetna, Alaska. At our retreat camp, you will experience life in rural Alaska in many ways. You will learn agricultural sustainability through hands-on experience with the farming experience and crop production. We will serve the local community with respect and a learner's heart. Potential projects include serving at the food bank, nurturing champion Iditarod dog-sled puppies, providing support care for elderly Alaskans, wilderness trail maintenance and local business support in the Talkeetna community. Our goal is to shape future leaders through respectable and sustainable service. We will also take some time to explore the last frontier and adventure together! We thank you in advance for your generosity and heart to serve!

Here is a video from one of our 2019 HVC: Watch Now.
