Kerrville, TX Volunteer Corps
Long-term Disaster Response
(June 5-13)
Following two devastating floods in 2025 and 2026, many lives in Kerr County, Texas, have been changed. Children in the community continue to navigate the emotional effects of loss, fear, and uncertainty.
During the Kerrville Volunteer Corps trip, volunteers will support HOPE worldwide’s SPARK Academy (Special Program in Art Resiliency for Kids). This long-term disaster recovery initiative helps children who have experienced trauma develop and strengthen resilience skills. Through creative activities, meaningful conversations, and compassionate engagement, volunteers will help create a supportive environment where children can begin to rediscover joy, build confidence, and recognize the strength of a caring community.
Join us in supporting Kerrville’s ongoing recovery and helping children and families move forward with greater hope.
