Nadia Sumner GSI Bio

My name is Nadia Sumner. I am currently a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania. I am aspiring to major in International Relations. I am passionate about language learning and service. I’ve been on two HOPEww Volunteer Corps. In 2021 I participated in HVC Mexico. In 2022, I participated in HVC Ecuador. Going on those trips opened my eyes to how I can utilize my different passions for God. Also, how to view people as God’s invaluable, beloved creation. I believe that service should be a lifestyle and is only one of the many ways to live out the full ministry of Jesus. I’m excited and grateful to become a GSI to learn more about how I can give back to God and serve his people with what he has entrusted me with in my life.
