Hello, my name is Peter Awolumate. I was born and raised in Nigeria but currently reside in the state of New Jersey, USA. I am an alumnus from Rowan University, in New Jersey, with a major in Electrical and Computer Engineering. HOPE worldwide trips are very dear to me. I have had the privilege to serve in three HOPE trips - Lebanon, Philippines, and Ethiopia. Each one of them is forever engraved in my heart because of how much each uniquely impacted me. I learned so much from serving in each country. I learned how to imitate my teacher, Jesus, in practicing love through the act of service. I am so excited to be a GSI; I am excited to learn, to grow in my leadership skills, and finally, to grow personally in my walk with God!
