Disaster can strike at any moment. In every region of the world, without warning, our communities can be thrown into chaos. 

 

When disaster strikes, however, it’s what comes next that really matters. Here at HOPEww, we believe it is up to each of us, as members of a global community, to help stand up and help each other in times of crisis.

 

I have been proud, honored, and humbled to see members of our community of HOPEww drop everything to help their fellow community members in the face of adversity.

 

From volunteer work to providing humanitarian services, manual labor to medical aid, each of you has contributed something of priceless value to our global community by offering your time and talent to our cause.

 

Today, I’d like to take a moment to honor the work that you have helped us accomplish around the globe in the wake of natural disasters. It is with your help that we have been able to assist those in need in getting their lives back on track, to help return hope to their lives in the times when it is most scarce.
