Partnership Highlight: HOPE worldwide & US Acute Care Solutions
And a Community Service Brigade to El Salvador

At HOPE worldwide, we know that some of the greatest opportunities to serve emerge when mission-driven organizations join forces. That's why we're excited to partner with US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), a physician-owned healthcare organization that works with health systems across the country to improve patient care and strengthen communities.
“This partnership empowers USACS to provide further reach of their services and it enables HOPE worldwide to provide deeper services and higher impact in the communities that we serve,” said Daniel Dicochea, HOPE worldwide Senior Director, Global Programs. “USACS, on top of what they’re already doing in communities throughout the United States, also wanted to give back and do more for communities around the world. We’re able to plug in their excellent teammates, all their expertise, and use their organization and their network to better serve our communities through Community Service Brigades.”
Our first Community Service Brigade with USACS, held in El Salvador in May 2026, marked the beginning of an exciting new partnership. Building on the success of this initial effort, additional Brigades are already being planned for October 2026 and throughout 2027.
We are grateful for partners like USACS who share a heart for service and are helping expand access to healthcare and support for underserved communities in El Salvador and beyond.
