The Program Director will oversee the development, implementation and strategic growth of Bi-national community development programming to the under served populations in Tijuana, Mexico, with connection to the Greater San Diego area. The Program Director will assist in the development and implementation of the program vision of the Hww leadership team. The Program Director will provide significant contributions to partnership development, strategic planning and program level decision making. The Program Director will report to the CEO.

On a recent visit to serve with HOPE worldwide Bolivia, I had the honor of meeting an incredible young man named Farid. Over the past 8 years, Farid has lived at Casa Esperanza, a boys home for abandoned children, and a longtime partner of HOPE ww Bolivia. For nearly a decade, HOPE ww has come alongside these vulnerable children with literacy, mentorship, and other support programs to help them graduate and find a job and community where they can thrive.
