HOPEww partners with Sacramento Church of Christ and Feed The Children to serve fire ravaged area in California

The HOPE worldwide Global Disaster Response team, Feed the Children and the Sacramento Metro Church of Christ are teaming up to provide a semi-truck full of relief supplies for those affected by the Camp Fire in around Paradise, California.

Funded by a generous donation from The NASCAR Foundation, Feed the Children is providing a semi-truck of food and essentials for 400 families in the area.

Volunteers from HOPE worldwide and the Sacramento Metro Church of Christ will distribute food and hygiene products to families in the area. Those needing support can drive up or walk up to the event.

The 400 food boxes have 20lbs of non-perishable food and the 400 Hygiene Boxes have 10lbs of hygiene supplies. Each box will supply a group of 4 for 3-4 days.


Event: HOPE worldwide , Feed the Children and the Sacramento Metro Church of Christ will be distributing food and hygiene products in Chico, California.

On a recent visit to serve with HOPE worldwide Bolivia, I had the honor of meeting an incredible young man named Farid. Over the past 8 years, Farid has lived at Casa Esperanza, a boys home for abandoned children, and a longtime partner of HOPE ww Bolivia.
